The manufacturer suggests a maximum weight of 200 kg for the back seat, and this is for a good reason. The hilly terrain can make a difference, and going over that weight limit might affect how your tricycle handles and, most importantly, your safety. So, let’s stick to the 200 kg limit and have an awesome time exploring without any worries about performance or safety!
In case of poor weather we are equipped with waterproof windows, if the weather is too harsh you will be offered a different tour, reschedule or a full refund.
Yes, but please remember our 48-hour cancellation policy. You’ll receive a full refund only if you cancel your tuk-tuk ride at least 48 hours in advance.
Madeira TukTuk holds a valid tourist entertainment license issued by the Portuguese Tourist Board (RNAAT: 643/2021). This license mandates that you have up-to-date civil liability and personal accident insurance, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience with us.
Certainly, our tuk tuk can accommodate children comfortably, given that they are at least 3 years old. The child has to remain seated and use the seatbelt.
Our standard operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day. However, if you have specific needs or requests outside of these hours, we are more than willing to make exceptions and accommodate your schedule. Just reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
